Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
This policy ensures that appointment times can be offered to other families.
In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied.
Consultations are delivered either online or in person, as agreed at the time of booking.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure availability at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session.
All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and handled with care.
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law or where there is a safeguarding concern.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information to support the consultation process.
Recommendations provided by The SENCO are intended as guidance only.

While all advice is given with professional care and expertise, no guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes or progress.
Support may be provided in relation to EHCPs, ISPs, and school-based provision. However, The SENCO cannot guarantee specific outcomes or decisions made by schools or local authorities.
The SENCO is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on the advice provided.
All services are delivered with professional care and expertise. However, The SENCO accepts no liability for any loss, outcomes, or decisions made as a result of the advice provided.
